I need an acupuncturist in Los Angeles Area ASAP
« on: July 29, 2011, 06:04:00 pm »
Hello,

My daughter just develop bells palsy in the last few days, she is in panic because she sees my facial paralysis after my AN surgery two years ago.

I had recommended Najla to someone else in the forum but unfortunately she can't see her this weekend.  Anybody knows one, hopefully in the San Fernando Valley?

Thanks,

Hello,

I saw this post and had to reply.  How is your daughter doing?  I had a friend that woke up one morning after having a terrible cold with Bell's Palsy.  His doctors told him to wait it out and they were right.  After about 6 weeks he was back to his old self.
As for your situation...do you still have facial paralysis?  My daughter had another surgery for regrowth in 2009 and was left with facial paralysis.  She is having some success with a newer surgery that was done almost 2 years after her paralysis.  I will be posting about it here on the facial site.  Her surgeons are a combo from UCLA Medical Center and Beverly Hills.  Let me know if you would like to know more.

Hope all is well with your daughter,
Michelle

I'll pm you because I don't think we can post phone numbers.
Wait & Watch
1st Symptom Temporary SHL 7/10 AN Diagnosed via MRI 4/14/11
