The JKL trio consists of those infamous troublemakers Jan, Kay, and Lori  ;D

We thought we might have our own "symposium" in 2013; we've been meaning to get together since the 2011 ANA Symposium in Chicago where we all met in person for the first time.

Retrosig 5/31/07 Drs. Battista & Kazan (Hinsdale, Illinois)
Left AN 3.0 cm (1.5 cm @ diagnosis 6 wks prior) SSD. BAHA implant 3/4/08 (Dr. Battista) Divino 6/4/08  BP100 4/2010 BAHA 5 8/2015

I don't actually "make" trouble..just kind of attract it, fine tune it, and apply it in new and exciting ways

Oh, thanks for the clarification.  Now it all makes sense.

Was there a Symposium in Chicago in 2011?

Chicago was in 2009.       Just wrong number written by Jan.      Sometimes numbers leak out of our incisions along with the alphabet and we use the wrong ones.       LOL!
I would love our own midwest doings but to get everyone we would like to see together would be almost imposiible.                                 Cheryl R
Right mid fossa 11-01-01
left tumor found 5-03,so have NF2
trans lab for right facial nerve tumor
  with nerve graft 3-23-06
   CSF leak revision surgery 4-07-06
   left mid fossa 4-17-08
near deaf on left before surgery
   with hearing much improved .
Univ of Iowa for all care

WOW!  I didn't know about this!  I am always up for a get together but I would never sabotage an official event.  I would like to go to LA to see everyone but if we do make it, we will probably combine a vacation to see Dave's sister with maybe doing the Saturday night events at the Symposium.

Any other time at any other place - I am SO IN!!

Sabotage an official event  ???  I may be devious, but I'm not THAT devious!   You give me more credit than I deserve, Kay.

Just trying to think of alternatives for those of us who can't or don't want to travel to LA.

PS to Cheryl R - thanks for correcting my post.  It was Chicago in 2009.  Time just flies  ::)
