Gamma Knife at UPMC
« on: November 16, 2011, 10:05:54 pm »
Hi ,

My tumor has grown 1mm in 9 months and now  , it measures 1 X 0.5 X 0.5 CM. I am planning to go for Radition?

I am thinking of either going for CK or GK . I read in this forum that for GK , UPMC is the best place. Who is the best Dr that i need to work with at UPMC?

Thanks for your reply.

I went to UPMC for surgery on a totally unrelated condition (rare orthopedic problem).  I had very good results, and would not hesitate to go there again for any kind of treatment.
