heaviness feeling

hi all, 5 1/2 years post-op still feel as if i weigh a ton.  i walk five times per week (now up to three plus miles per day a challenge) ? does anyone else have this feeling.  still its a blessing to be here

I guess the first question is are you over weight?

Sometimes I have the feeling I am falling...just that wonky feeling...but I'm not falling. It is just one of those weird false brain messages that makes me feel that way. Is your heavy feeling one of these weird brain things. Our brains are capable of doing lots of crazy things.
