Dr. Aziz and Dr. Chen in Pittsburgh
« on: June 14, 2012, 06:29:57 am »
Hello, I recently was diagnosed with 3cm X 2.5cm tumor that may or may not be an AN. Yesterday, my wife and I traveled to Allegheny General for consultations wit Dr. Aziz and Dr. Chen. Both men spent ample time explaining my situation and options. Surgery appears to be the only viable option ( a  Retrosigmoid craniotomy) From my MRI, Dr Chen believes my tumor is not an AN but is slightly inferior on the base of the brain (Meningioma, schwannoma ?). My wife and I were impressed with both Dr Aziz and Dr. Chen. I would greatly appreciated any members with experience or information that may help me.

Just checking to see how your tumor has progressed. Did you end up going with Chen and Aziz? Happy with results?
