I would just like to add that a CK vs GK comparison by a center which only provides the latter is very biased and will obviously not be a subjective and accurate comparison..

I think you mean "not be an objective and accurate comparison."
Objective is an analysis based on facts (guns shoot bullets), subjective is an analysis subject to the analyzer's biases (guns are bad).
And while your comment may have some validity with regard to the first article, the second article was written by Dr Hoffelt, a radiation oncologist affiliated with the Cyberknife Center of the SW WA Medical Center. If anything, he might be in favor of Cyberknife but still appears to have made an unbiased comparison.
Bottom line, though, it's up to the individual to carefully study the options with his or her specialists and make an appropriate decision.
