3 years and an update
« on: December 26, 2013, 04:36:00 pm »
Hi All,

It's been a really long time since I posted.  I wanted to share with my AN friends what's happened these past 6 months.  My company went into a tail
spin, and I lost my job at the end of September.  No severance or paid health care from a bankrupt company.  I spend my waking hours looking for work.
The really good news, I had my 3rd MRI 1 month before my 3 year anniversary.  Everything is clean, and nothing has grown back.  Thank you Lord.
My overall condition has really improved this year, so it took me a little over 2 years to recover out of all my issues.  My hearing is pretty good, not 100%,
but much improved, the vertigo is all gone, but the tinnitus still posses a challenge for me each day.

I want to take this opportunity to wish this community a very Happy New Year, especially to the senior members who continue to give great advice, information
and support.  God Bless you guys and gals.

Bob

Bob,
Congrats on your continued improvement health wise,, as I remember ,we had our surgeries same day, Oct. 27, one year apart ... I am much improved at two yrs out too,,

Sorry about the loss of your job though,, bummer,, here's hoping it will be soon in the New Year that you have a new job..

I too hope you were able to get COBRA coverage although as I remember ,, it is expensive and hard to justify when up you don't have an income,,, ironic situation for sure,, just when you need it most ,,you can't afford it,,,

Best news is you have your health back !! I pray your new year employment situation will improve quickly,,, hang in there!! Thanks for the update,, Jane

Bob -

glad to hear that all things "AN" are looking good for you.  Congrats!

Sorry to hear about your job.  A couple of years ago I lost mine (had been there almost 25 years at the time) so I know how difficult it is to be in that position.  I'm hopeful you'll find something soon.  Hang in there.

Prayers,

Jan
