Nate,
There is Dr Leitche at St luke's hospital in KC. He operates with Cammarata.  Leitche has done around 350+ AN surgeries.  He is in his 60's.  There is also a doc at KU, I forget his name. KU is largely a teaching hospital. Those were the two options that I was given as in-network by my insurace company.  If I can help;  I'll get more info, phone #'s , let me know what you need.

I was told by my insurance:  Dr's Thedinger/Luetje(st lukes) I see them tomorrow, they work with one of the best kc neurosurgeons, Dr Camarata.  KU does them(Dr Staecker) but I personally would not go there, they have a fairly new team.  Been together only 1 year and have only done about eight as a team.
I am still determined to go to House because of their skill and experience.  I am seeing an attorney today to assist in my second appeal.
Let me know if I can help.
