No headache????

Guess what?! I woke up 3 times last night with a little pulse in my head...didn't want to get up, so I relaxed my jaw and my neck each time and fell back to sleep. Then at 8:25 AM I woke up with slight neck pain, but no "heartbeat". This might be it. I may have found the source! I clench my jaw when i am hurting and don't realize I'm doing it. Hopefully I can go today without any ibuprofen. However, i am getting my son back today so we'll see. ;)

One of the best things I did was invest in a good foam rubber orthopedic pillow to support my neck, which I'm beginning to think is the nexus of all these stupid headaches in the first place.
