Anyone receiving disability in the watch & wait category?

I have a small 2.2mm x 1.8 I climb ladders & drive forklift at my job. i feel like i am at jeapardy of an accident, driving backwards on a forklift really gets to me sometimes, dizzy car sick feeling. climbing up and down ladders makes me really tired, hot & sweaty! i  worked 28 years at my job and dont want to lose it. I contacted house of ear clinic and Dr. freedman called me and told me looked like i have a small AN, that these symptoms  i am having are most likely from my AN. On the other hand, my ent Dr. is saying he cant confirm the the mri because the spot is so small that it could be something else. Neurologist says the same. just wondering if anyone here got on disability being on the watch & wait statis? By the way, i am having a 4th opinion july 1 at the penn state hershey med. cent. in hershey pa. oh, one other thing, had a vng done , results were 38% weakness in the AN ear.

I can tell you from my own experience that 2.2 x 1.8 is not too small an AN to be identified by a pro from an MRI with contrast. Mine was about half that size.

Thing is, it takes an AN pro no just ANY ENT, not just ANY neurosurgeon, but a pro who spends his life treating AN patients.

A potential advantage there is that they list surgery and radiation so you are likely going to get an unbiased opinion as to the treatment that's best for you although your own research might point you in one direction over another.

If you are speaking of Social Security disability, it is unlikely. Disability to SS means you are within 6 months of death and/or you cannot work in any other type of work.
