Pain in ear with no hearing

Hi,

I am 4 months post op, my 4cm tumour was completely removed and I have no hearing on my right side as a result. I currently have a head cold and runny nose and last day or so I have noticed a bit of pain in my right ear especially after I blow my nose. I feel like something is going on in my ear canal and now concerned especially with only one good ear. Anyone experienced similar?

I plan to contact my ENT doctor in the morning but I was hoping to hear if this was something others had experienced.
