Swimming for Balance
« on: August 30, 2015, 01:15:54 pm »
I recently went in a pool with my grandkids and noticed my lack of balance while moving around in the pool was unnoticable. I even felt more balanced after.

Question is has anyone used swimming or water exercise to better their balance after surgery?

I am 6 mos post op, balance issues and facial paralysis. I used goggles for my dry eye and they worked fantastic.

Thanks

Swimming is good therapy for a lot of things.

If it works for you, keep doing it.
