Cheeka I'm 18 mos out and find myself leaning to one side.  I tend to sway when waiting in line at a store and if I'm tired I'll actually start to fall down.  My son will help hold me up.

Yes, sidetracked is still a problem  My son named it shiney object syndrome as I can have some flash in my eye and my train off thought is gone!

HAVE YOU TALKED TO YOUR DOC ABOUT THIS?
IS THIS A NORMAL PROCESS OF HEALING? WHAT DO YOUTHINK?
I'M GETTING SCARED ONLY BECAUSE I USED TO SWAY BEFORE MY SURGERY AND STARTED TO SWAY AGAIN RECENTLY. I AM 13 MONTHS POST-OP.
YOU MENTIONED TRIED DO YOU FIND YOURSELF EASILY TIRED NOW LIKE WORN OUT? (NOT FATIGUE BUT EASILY TIRED)
IT SEEMS LIKE EVERDAY AT AROUND THE SAME TIME I NEED TO TAKE LIKE A LIGHT NAP FOR ABOUT 15-20 MINUTES THAN I FEEL BETTER AND REFRESHED.

Hi,

I hope that you don't mind, I'd like to borrow this SUBJECT section for a question on dizziness:

How do you deal with vertigo/dizziness problem? I assume vertigo and dizziness are same or similar.

I have some dizziness everyday since my CK sessions last week, and it really bothers me. Could it be related to the Decadron I took at the time (3 pills total)? Is it going to subside? How long does it take?

But, my main question is what one can do to alleviate such dizziness symptom for now.

Will appreciate all inputs.

There are excellent exercises to do for balance improvement.  Google> vestibular habituation exercises.

After reading a few other posts here, I can agree that once in a while I will sense myself swaying, especially when standing in a line with my legs locked straight.  I try to remember to plant my feet apart as wide as my shoulders.  In the shower I just keep a rubber mat in there to plant at least one foot on.  When I am doing gardening work like lifting things and using my arms a great deal I will plod along and sometimes do the two step side step thing.  My husband usually says "I saw that!"   ;D  I don't worry about this swaying thing but I realize it is particularly bad when I've spent a long time in a chair doing sitting down activities.  I don't exercise on a regular basis as I should.

When a person in a booth behind me in a restaurant jiggles or jerks the seat I get a little dizzy from that disturbance, too.  This is my "new normal" as we say.
