Dictionary
« on: January 10, 2019, 06:18:42 pm »
I have been reading the posts extensively and would like to suggest one thing that would help a newbie such as myself. I would like to suggestion a dictionary of some sort. Many of the posts contain acronyms and words that I have no idea what they mean, such as SSD, BAHA and plenty of others.

Hi FrankSanDiego .....

Good point!  Our world is full of acronyms these days and many of them mean multiple things!  We will have to take this up with our tech people and see what we might be able to do.

In the mean time, for the general purposes of his forum:

SSD = single side deaf
BAHA = bone anchored hearing assist

Maybe we could start a thread just for definitions .....
