Everything tastes bad!

Thought I’d report back. I am now 8 months post translab surgery in Dallas Texas.  Most of the unbearable metallic taste in my mouth has dissipated, but certain foods like chocolate, red meat, canned tuna fish and a few other things I like are impossible to eat. They all leave a terrible taste in my mouth - kind of a metallic, sour taste that is so very unpleasant   Has anyone experienced this so beautiful far out from surgery?
