Hello people.
I am interested in fasting and have tried it anywhere from a couple of days to a maximum of 7 days in a run.
It brings a myriad of health benefits of which one is claimed to shrink certain tumors. I have to this date not found any science behind the fact that it helps with an AN. Does anyone know? All tumors are different. They share the same name but grow for different reasons and consist of different stuff. I would love to hear your opinions on fasting and AN.
We now know that the tumor environment is inflamed and we know fasting (amongst a ton of things) cools down inflammation.
Anyway, any input would be much appreciated. I have searched and read some material here already but hope this post can bring forward more discussion.
And also, this forum is much appreciated. It is a light in the darkness to find it. Thanks everybody for contributing.
