Adding the MRI report text below, kindly help with views /suggestions soon.
2.9x3.1x3.5 cm lobulated T2 intermediate to high signal solid extra axial mass in left
cerebellopontine angle with tubular intracanalicular component widening the internal auditor
canal and giving ice cream cone like appearance. Intralesional cystic foci and
microhemorrhage. Heterogenous enhancement post contrast. Left cisternal VIll and VIll nerves
are not separately seen. Imaging features are suggestive of vestibular schwannoma.
Pons compressed and displaced to right. Widening of left ambient and CP angle cisterns.
Cisternal segment of left trigeminal nerve compressed and displaced medially.
Fourth ventricle is compressed and nearly effaced. Mild dilatation of both lateral and third
ventricles.
Cerebral parenchyma is normal in morphology. Cortical sulci partly effaced.
Few nonspecific FLAIR hyperintense foci in subcortical and deep white matter.
Sella, suprasellar and parasellar regions are within normal limits.
Midbrain and medulla are unremarkable in appearance.
