First day of the Symposium and I met Batty, Capt Deb, Gennysmom, CherylR & Arushi.  Someone (not mentioning any names) smuggled in TimTams and all I'm gonna say is OMG, I better find some soon cuz they are the best!  It was a nice day and I was very glad to meet everyone.  Can't wait until tomorrow!

I had to cancel my plans as well. After attending the previous symposium in Orlando, I was looking forward to being a post op rather than a pre op. I am sorry I won't be able to meet all of those who are attending. Please report back to us your experience.

I was impressed by the quality of the symposium, my first, and came away from it with  renewed optimisum.I was impressed by the quality of the symposium, my first, and came away from it with  renewed optimism. I think I am going to order the mp3's to catch what I missed and review the sessions I attended.
As a Philly native, it was so easy to attend being only 20 minutes from my front door. That said, I am already planning on attending the next one, nothing beats getting out of town for a weekend !

cheryl the guest speaker was a motivational speaker who wrote a book called dancing through life with guts, glory and gusto.
picked one up i'll pass along when I'm done reading it.
good read
sandra strauss was the coauthor and allie bowling was the author...allie couldn't make it so sandra filled in.
awesome lady...
