What are you talking about? First of all, JodieK wrote a ton more than you did. Second of all, this is a forum, you are supposed to talk a lot, that's what it's for! And third, even if you were gabby, so what, no apology needed, you are welcome to babble all you want. 

Oh, and I agree with the others, MRI with contrast is the way to know - brain + IAC. If it comes back with a radiologist report that says "intensely enhancing lesion in the internal auditory canal, most compatible with a schwannoma, probably vestibular in origin," then you have an acoustic neuroma and can join the club.

Hi everyone:

I got worried and wrote to JodieK..........she does NOT have an AN!! 

Of course, now she gets to try to figure out what is causing her symptoms.
