Temporary eye weight option
I just wanted to share my
success story for anyone who might be interested.
I woke up from surgery with full facial palsy. 2 days after surgery the eyelid function went too (i.e. with no ability to close or blink)
My ophthalmologist referred me to Oculofacial Plastic surgeon who thought because my eye was working immediately after surgery – it
may come back. He suggested that I try this temporary double-sided-sticky-taped on eye weight… as to avoid more surgery (to implant and possible remove later)

However the last 2 days I have not needed the eye weight and I appear to have regained normal function.
SO basically I never had the eye weight surgically implanted or a 'nip and tuck' surgery … just patience and
tons of sticky tape.
Anyway I think this is a success story… and I wanted to share.
It worked for me – maybe it will work for someone else too.
