Horizontal Visual Reference while doing vestibular therapy
« on: January 01, 2009, 10:53:38 pm »
One of the reasons that I think standup paddlesurfing is so effective as therapy is that it provides a natural horizontal reference (water/edge of beach/horizon) while you are working hard to maintain your balance.

I've started focusing on a horizontal line while doing indoor exercises to see if it helps. Anyone else have similar experience?
