Surgery Day Hair Tips?

My hair was below the shoulders. I had it cut to the shoulders before surgery and didn't do anything special on surgery day. Just make sure you wash it! It will be awhile before you get to do that again. After surgery the only noticable difference in my hair was it looked uneven. I had it cut to look more even. I have a fabulous hair dresser who works very hard to make sure that it looked even and now covers my BAHA.  Ask your surgeon how much he cuts before surgery. My husband asked that question for me. I thought he was crazy at the time but I was very happy to know that the surgeon would only be shaving what was necessary.
