Hey there,
I'll be in NYC on business Dec. 4 but have some time the day before on the 3rd for dinner if anyone wants to get together.  Any takers?  I'll show you my scar if you show me yours!!

Oh Wendy, I would love that!  I'll be at the Hilton near Rockefeller Center, I think.  Anyone else interested in joining us?

I'd be very interested!  Marci - can you swing by on your way and pick me up?  Nashville isn't too far out of the way, is it?

Why doesn't anyone come here for business????

Ah, Lori, I may have to plan a trip to Nashville just to see you!

Marci - I hear you aren't coming now?  Wendy emailed me today that your trip is off.  Bummer.  However, maybe you can come in the spring when the weather is much nicer...

Believe or not, even after they purchased a ticket for me, they decided to video-conference.  At least it saves hotel money, but I was so looking forward to meeting Wendy (and you!)  Now it looks as if I'll be in LA in later January so perhaps the LA crowd will come together.  I'll be in Italy in January too, do you suppose we have any Italian friends?  Global brain bonding.
Best,

Marci-  Where are you headed it Italy?  It remains Willie's and my favorite vacation spot - just love the whole country and wish we were headed there immediately.  Hey, maybe Lorenzo could jaunt over to see you - he's at least on the same continent!

I go to Arezzo, (we run a summer opera program there),south of Florence, not far from Siena.  It's pretty amazing. This summer I'll be there from the 1st of June to July 8 or so.  (I'll be working but really, it's Italy.)   Where is Lorenzo?
