If the TransEar is properly adjusted, it will feel snug, not tight nor uncomfortable.

Anne,

I've found that my TransEar is very comfortable.  There are times when I'm not sure if I put it in and actually have to feel if its's there.   There have been several times when I've gotten it bed with it still in.  I notice it when I lay on that side and get up and take it out.  If it hurts there is probably a problem with the fit.
