OK Folks,
 I keep seeing refernces to the Big Dance all over the place--let's just get it all out in the open here!
Headcase--I am a Duke fan, too. My folks were married in Duke Chapel and my big brother was actually conceived on the Duke campus! My great-grandmother's family home is on Gloria Avenue, right across the street from the low stone wall that runs around the campus.
When I watch the Blue Devils play, my blood pressure goes way up which makes my incision site throb (there it's now officially relevant to the forum!)

Oh I wasn't referring to the shoe shopping and I have no problem with march madness.  And I dated a guy who's son was in med school at Duke and after hearing how great they treated him I was impressed...it was more the head cheerleader comment that had me wanting to say something...I'm restraining..I'm showing restraint can ya'll tell?  Ya'll southern plural for you all  ;D

Batty, he he he.  I'm surprised Phyllis hasn't joined you on this one.

Captain Deb, will you dislike me if I was a Husky???  S'Okay, basketball is just about the only sport I don't watch.  I'm all in the trash talk if it's football though.

   Did you see that cheerleader on the news that fell from that pyrimid? Then they came to pick her up and she was laying on the stretcher cheering yet??????-----now thats spirit {or being a pimbo}

  Since it is March and soon it will be spring time, I will start my "diet" today.  I gained 40 lb. since I came home from the hospital and then went to thin&healthy and lost 50.  Then there was christmas,,,, and I'v been bad ever since.   I am now 47 and since I don't work, I'm less limber and feel alot older.  I do those stretches and yoga exercises now that I used to laugh at when I was younger.

ok cakes we need to be diet buddies.  I also gained 40 pounds when I got sick.  Can't seem to get it to budge.  Hoping my therapy routine daily will  help..so far I've gained 10 poiunds  lol

Can I join the diet club.  I also gained after my surgery and it's been 2 years and I still can't shake it!

Yay Duke Blue Devils won--JJ Redik and Shelden Williams rule!  Wish the bench was a little deeper, though--seemed a little discombobulated early in the second half!
