That is weird- they were not there when I checked earlier... just Steve's text only.

Steve I will try to get mine organized and e-mailed to you later ... thanks for doing this  :) as I personally get so stumped on the "photo bucket thingy"  :-\

I miss you guys already. You know Jan I did not connect that was YOU until just now ... If I had known that was you I would have given you a big hug while there in Chicago. I had no problem focusing on speakers with my SSD and lip reading- but when we were in the ballroom or  at round tables I was missing so much of the conversation. After this symposium I am thinking I really need to get the baha.

Steve ~

Excellent pictures!  I think it's well-established by now that a great time was had by all at the Chicago ANA Symposium but the photos really amplify that fact for those of us who couldn't be there.  Thanks so much for taking and posting them.

Jim
4.5 cm AN diagnosed 5/06.  Retrosigmoid surgery 6/06.  Follow-up FSR completed 10/06.  Tumor shrinkage & necrosis noted on last MRI.  Life is good.

Life is not the way it's supposed to be. It's the way it is.  The way we cope with it is what makes the difference.

Jim et. al.,

I tried to make it clear, but I should say it again. Except for the very first one, the pictures above are from Cheryl, who emailed them to me for posting. She is the photographer, I'm just the delivery boy. :)

Steve
8 mm left AN June 2007,  CK at Stanford Sept 2007.
Hearing lasted a while, but left side is deaf now.
Right side is weak too. Life is quiet.

Hi,

I just sent some of my photos to Steve. I tried to upload them but I was not successful.

There are too few pirate photos included - BECAUSE too few dressed as pirates.  ;) I believed Phyl and as the gullible one, I dressed in pirate gear or some combinations thereof a lot of the time due to the fact I didn't bring enough regular clothes. I must say it was tons of fun even when I was in the minority. I covet Cap't Deb's new pirate hat. She got it at a special exhibit in Chicago not in conjunction with our group.  I hope the exhibit comes through Phoenix at some point so I can see it.

Ahoy,

Wonky Head Wench Mary

Mary, You looked super as a pirate too!            Your cane was what so eye catching but not in the pirate mode but the artistic mode.            I can't wait till you do get your future website!
I very happy Steve could be the  sender of pictures since they don't seem to be able to come come from here.          Even my daughter had trouble doing my profile and Phyl was the one who got it for me.                  Mine got taken care of today as I have been too pooped to be doing all I should be.             Tomorrow we are going to the state fair (corn dogs here I come!) and know I will be tired the next day.                             Cheryl R
