There were pirates everywhere in Chicago--just everywhere!! I was in wench heaven!! I thought these photos deserved their own thread so the folks who just think I'm some kind of nutcase can ignore all this nonsense.
They were at the airport.......
At Navy Pier......
and this is how they got there....
on the beautiful square-rigger "Windy."
And there was this scallywag at the Pier, too!
He was a real cutie!!
There were more pirates at the Field Museum of Natural History......

They were climbing the walls.......

And there was this really fearsome one that scared the beejeezus outta me!!!!!

There was even this one who dressed as a "normal person" for the Gala!!!!
But the most fearsome scurvey scallywag of all was this bloke...........
