Thank you all so much for all of your sweet and encouraging words.  I've noticed a little improvement since I noticed the first movement.  I know it will continue to progress as long as I continue my exercises.  My next big step is I'm preparing to go back to work.  I've been out over 4 months.  My energy level is still pretty low but I need the money.  I'm hoping my strength will come back so I can handle a 40 hour work week.  I'll of course keep you posted on that.  I plan on going back beginning of Oct.

Love,
Laura Lynn

WOW!  You are lucky that you have been able to stay away from work that long!  I had to go back at 3 months and that was teaching 1st grade - pretty hands on and physical!  I came home & slept everyday until it was time to get up the next morning!

I know you will do great!
