It occurs to me that passed-along hats would have their own appeal, like the magic scarf does. Maybe we start a program where you send your hat to someone else, and get a new one yourself?

I am wondering if the recipient of the red hat can guess who they are. Someone who has been around a while, and asked for cranberry, and has been patiently (and quietly) waiting...

I am in the middle of setting up my new Mac mini. The new hat looks great - even better now that I can set the monitor to use the entire dimensions of the wide screen.

I'm guessing Jo for the maroon hat? Although what fun it is to wait quietly is a mystery to me.

Steve -

I like the pass the hat idea, but I'd really miss my green one!  Although I'd like a blue one, I'd still like to keep the green one too!

And what if I ended up with a color I didn't like  ???  pink for example (no offense, Saralynn).

I don't actually "make" trouble..just kind of attract it, fine tune it, and apply it in new and exciting ways

Well, I am hoping that the pink is one-of-a-kind and the color is retired once mine is finished.

Keep on knittin' Steve, but watch that epicondrial tendon!

JO, because no one would send them on!  If I had a hat I'd certainly keep it on my head, especially with the chilly weather coming!
