Oh! I guess it is. I was just soured by the 'poke around inside' comment.   I need to lighten up a little.

Hi Doc,

The Pictures are scary, but I have to say, I did have a laugh. Glad to know you are doing fine. Humour is always the best therapy.
I wish you great success in your continued recovery.

Vivian,

Thank you very much.  The scary pictures are of me, my MRI and that unfortunately that's me showing off the scar.  Joking about my AN has made it possible for me to keep a positive attitude about things.  I'm doing pretty good and making the kind of progress the Doctor expected.  Tomorrow will be 9 weeks out of surgery for me and I also get my Gold Weight Implanted in my Left Eye Lid tomorrow morning--that's exciting for me.

Thanks again!

Doc

Yikes!  Hope this doesn't scare the newbies!

I consider myself to have a great sense of humor (although admittedly, a little warped at times), but I'm with Neal - I didn't see the "funny" in this.

SORRY!

Did Steve actually come up with this?  I'm a little confused here  ???

Jan
Retrosig 5/31/07 Drs. Battista & Kazan (Hinsdale, Illinois)
Left AN 3.0 cm (1.5 cm @ diagnosis 6 wks prior) SSD. BAHA implant 3/4/08 (Dr. Battista) Divino 6/4/08  BP100 4/2010 BAHA 5 8/2015

I don't actually "make" trouble..just kind of attract it, fine tune it, and apply it in new and exciting ways

I`m with Neal! W+W I`m hoping not to be abducted! Only kidding. For all newbies modern human technology has come a long way in helping people with AN`s. Best wishes, Mickey

You guys have your knitted caps on to tight...relax...if you can't make fun of yourself / your condition, gosh, I don't know what to tell you.  I'm not gonna stop finding light in what has been an absolutely awful experience for me and my family. Yes, I repeated what Steven wrote, ask him!  If you're not particularly happy with my blog posts, than watch Letterman, that shouldn't offend anyone, ah!

geesh, the sandbox isn't much fun here, eh?  dropping halo's, trying to find humor in another's shining day, yada yada, blah blah....

if you all can't play nice together, I'm going to put you all in separate corners...... now play nice.

Geesh! ::)
