So, I post about keeping to the routine and how good it feels to do it. Then after work I had to go the bank and 3 stores, just wanted to go home after wards and start the weekend. Seriously considered it then I thought about my cheerleaders on the board, not to mention that one of the stores I had to go to is next to the club I work out at which is on my way home. Keri & Patrick, thanks for posting, it got me to the gym and kept me peddling when I thought about skipping out early. I'm home now and can relax knowing I did what I should. It's surprising how empty the gym is on a Friday afternoon, I thought a lot of people worked out M-W-F, guess not. I thought of a couple more pluses to exercising, I'm pretty tired and therefore relaxed when I get done so the little things don't bother me which reduces stress. The other thing is kind of hard to explain, I call it feeling taller. I'm 5' 4" so feeling taller is a good thing, unlike my youngest who is 6' 5". Anyway, when I work out especially with the weights it seems like I'm in better control of my body and walk a bit straighter(not slumped over and tired), hence the feeling taller. Good luck to everyone on whatever exercise/fun they have planned for the weekend, yes exercise can be fun! Jill
