What can I say that hasn't already been said without repeating?.....

 :-* to you my dear!

I look back on my days of discovery and education regarding treatment with amazement at how far I've come with all the obstacles.  Although my choice was surgery I too felt, in the pit of my soul, the same--I made the right choice.

Love and Gratitude,
Karen

Loved it I wish I could have seen this before my decision to have surgery I definitely would have chosen the Cyberknife.

Nicely done, Phyl. You come across as personable and genuine, yet earnest and serious, all at the same time.

Plus you kept the bullwhip hidden.  :D

Another celebrity in our midst!   ;D

Phyl, you look stunning, beautiful, awesome...all those good things and more!

Your hard work and dedication is truly appreciated by so many and now it will be able to benefit so many more.

And Steve is right...you can't see the bullwhip or the cattle prod at all!  Of course, I didn't notice a halo either.   :D

Thanks for all you do!

Phyl,    I hope you had a wonderful birthday!            You looked super on the video.     I could not hear it as my sound is not working since I got a new computer monitor even though all is plugged in right.    No one  with computer knowledge has been here to check it out yet so hope will know in time.      But you looked darn good anyway!

Hiya Phyl...

Congrats from your old pal in the UK...your video presentation was very professional and delivered with the warmth, sincerety and compassion for which you are rightly renowned and revered by all those, including me, who have benefitted from your wisdom, knowledge and humour in furtherance of our individual battles with the AN condition. You are truly inspirational and your video should  be mandatory viewing by all those anxious folk who are newly diagnosed and who are in desperate need of impartial  reassurance and guidance from someone who has successfully completed the full AN journey from A to Z.

Well done girl!

Residing UK. In 'watch & wait' since diagnosis in March 2002 with right side AN. Initially sized at 2.5cm and now self reduced to 1.3cm.
All symptoms have abated except impaired hearing on affected side which is not a problem for me.

Great job, m'dear Phyllis!!  But as your captain, I have to say you were woefully out of uniform!! No pirate hat?  At least the Jolly Roger eyepatch?? I guess the Cyberknife people would not want to know that their gizmo makes you think you are an 18th century swashbucklin' wench!!

As others have said,  this is going to be soooo beneficial to newly diagnosed people with small tumors.  Wish I had had that info before I let 'em at me with the melon-baller which has screwed up my head for life.  However 7 years ago Cyberknife was not that well known--amazing the progress that has been made in such a short time. Mazel Tov!!

thanks all for the kind words.... I still think I need a facelift and should have been in my PBW garb to give the full affect of my role around here (as the Cursed Cruise Director of the PBW), but...... had to look the part! ;)  Hoping the video does help shed light on AN journeys and I appreciate all the kind words (and the bday wishes....).

Thanks again all!
