Still exhaling .....
« on: February 15, 2010, 09:43:23 am »
Had my 2 year MRI last Thursday.  Impression on the report was "stable MRI" so I am taking that as the best possible news!  The spot being watched is apparently unchanged so I am greatly relieved.  The actual CD has been sent to my neurosurgeon for his assessment but I do not expect any surprises.

Life is good!

Hi, Clarice ~

Great news!  'Stable' means no growth and no growth is always the goal!  You've achieved that goal - and we congratulate you and share in your relief.

Jim
4.5 cm AN diagnosed 5/06.  Retrosigmoid surgery 6/06.  Follow-up FSR completed 10/06.  Tumor shrinkage & necrosis noted on last MRI.  Life is good.

Life is not the way it's supposed to be. It's the way it is.  The way we cope with it is what makes the difference.

Thanks for all of your responses.  We have been on a wild ride the past few months, but things are looking up now ..... especially with this MRI report.
