I think I have seen some discussion about doctors in Montreal in the ANAC forum (the Canadian version of ANA)

I will forward your request to an aquaintance of mine who I have met through my vagal schwannoma site.  She is from Quebec and has JUST finished her surgery on her schwannoma. 
You are MOST fortunate to live in Quebec.. as they are the ONLY province to have Cyberknife...
That is one option you have that anyone else in Canada does not yet have.

@Mei Mei, I live in Quebec, I cannot go to Toronto or Vancouver because of the system. I am so frustrated. I don't know the good doctors in Quebec and there is not much discussion about it on the internet. As for Suzanne Veronneau Troutman, I cannot find her contact info. Can you PM me if you have? Hi Mini,

I'm not sure if you're leaning towards a specific treatment or not (surgery vs. radiation) but I know there are ways around having to stay in your home province for treatment rather than traveling to an out of province specialist.  There are some on the board who are doing it (Nikki-opp) and it will be paid for.

Sorry I don't know the specifics of how to go about doing it, but I think it starts with a note (??) from your doctor or some sort of application form?

Here are two names I was able to retrieve from the Canadian forum (ANAC),  http://www.anac.ca/phpbb/index.php : Dr. Saliba and Dr. Bojanowski at Notre Dame Hospital in Montreal.

There is a member on that forum (Lisa), who recommends them highly. There are also treatment options in Ottawa/Gatineau (Dr. Benoit, Dr. Sinclair etc).

Thanks a lot for these information! I have applied ANAC user for more than one month, but I didn't get it till now :-( I hope I can get contact with somebody who is patient of Dr. Saliba or other doctors.
