I was diagnosed on June 23rd with a right side acoustic neuroma, my symptoms were light headedness, just feeling off all the time, have had vertigo, but it was different, sort of like you would feel like you would pass out but didn't. When I was diagnosed with the mri brain scan with contrast, 19mm x 18mm x 16mm, I recognized that my full feeling in my ear, and my hearing is not as good as it used to be were symptoms. I take zyrtec everyday, it seems to help with the off feeling.......acid reflux for the nausea......and ibuprofen for the headaches..........my blood pressure was high for about four months and that was what we were looking the cause of.......then we found this........and miraculously my blood pressure returned to normal a week after I found out I had a brain tumor.....I never associated the ringing in my ears with anything, but I thought blood pressure......it's there most of the time.......but I am kind of used to it now. What I don't understand is why I am so tired most of the time.......and I can't drink coffee at all, which I always did.........it seems to make me feel unsteady and nauseous.........sorry this is so long, I just don't understand......
