. . .hit the wrong button. . .damn. . .
Anyway, she arrived home, safe and sound, looking haggard, but decent. The plane ride home wasn't too bad. Used a wheel chair in LA, but walked around SLC. Walked around IFRA, as well. She's so strong and blessed to have come through like she has. The nuns actually shaved her head pretty decently. She has a comb-over!! Her scar is huge. It's shaped like a ? . She came home and crashed for a few hours, and now she's up and watching some tv, chatting with family and getting ready to have her glass of wine. Her lofty goal for tomorrow is to drink coffee on the deck facing the fields. (We live in farm land). It will be nice to have my coffee buddy back. I go to the store tomorrow to stock up on necessitites, and now it's just time to baby her and take care of her. She seems really pleased to be home. She was excited to use her own toilet, ride in her own car, and sit on her own couch. I can't imagine how nice it was to sleep in her own bed. I'm sure either she will be posting soon, or I'll post for her.
God Bless,
Andrea
