ok, so my newsletter came today when I was at the shore with my daughter.  I am receiving vacation pay this week so I am technically on vacation and figured I might as well do something for one day.  I always find something interesting to read in the newsletters.  It was nice to see Raydean's comments and like someone else said (I'm too lazy to see who it was) recognize something I read here on the site.  I spoke with Raydean, via email, right before I went in for my surgery, in the old forum.  Looking for someone else to send in something snappy for the next newsletter  ;)  Next year's symposium will be in Phila and the guest speaker is from the hospital where I had my surgery.  Who is going?  I will probably go at least one or two days since it's only a train ride away for me (I wouldn't dare drive there, parking could cost you and arm and a leg or two).  Anyone else going?

Phyl and I have talked about going and sharing a room.  Maybe we could get a couple more Wenches and get a suite!  Wouldn't THAT be fun!!

Hi all,

Ok, newsletter emailed to those that asked... sent with pleasure. I don't think I missed anyone.

It's reading articles such as the emotional coping or BAHA or SSD that reminds me how the ANA needs our support... just as much as they support us.  Their work is amazing and I'm thrilled they are here for us.....
