Any suggestions if we should travel to House Ear Institute (HEI) for surgery?

Today is 4 weeks since my very successful surgery (middle fossa) at HEI.  Drs. Friedman and Schwartz were my doctors and I highly recommend this team.  My AN was 1 cm; I was very nervous about facial paralysis.  They got the tumor, saved my hearing and facial nerve.  Today was the first day that I drove and I feel great.  My husband stayed at the Seton Center which is connected to St. Vincent's Hospital and across the street from HEI.  I'm willing to talk if you want additional information.
