Subtotal Petrosectomy to close CSF leak.
« on: April 08, 2011, 06:45:48 am »
I'm home at last ;D

Surgery was two days ago and lasted 4½ hours. Must admit it is a lot more painfull this time, but surgery was a succes and the surgeon is 100% confident that the leak is sealed.

Have a nice weekend.

Kenneth

Congratulations Kenneth - and I hope that your surgeon's prediction is 100% accurate.

4.5 cm AN diagnosed 5/06.  Retrosigmoid surgery 6/06.  Follow-up FSR completed 10/06.  Tumor shrinkage & necrosis noted on last MRI.  Life is good.

Life is not the way it's supposed to be. It's the way it is.  The way we cope with it is what makes the difference.
