facial recovery over 4 years

Hi i am 4.5 years post op, does anyone know why i still see changes in my face, is it the muscels getting stronger, or maybe the nerves am not sure x
over 4.5cm AN removed dec 06

Hi Anne,

I'm just over 5.5 years now and my face is still continuing to see changes too. Facial nerves are really amazing...and amazingly slow. But they do seem to keep healing which is good. My guess (and it's just a guess) is that the nerves continue to improve which allows the muscles to get stronger.
