Thank you so much for your update!  I will pray for your progress.  I am also seeing Dr. Roland at NYU and am considering gamma surgery.  I am to schedule another MRI this week (last MRI was in Feb revealed a 1.2 cm x.8 x .5 I think)  and my hearing ringing and balance are worse.  But I am encouraged by your and Demisay's posts and thanks for helping on this journey! 
I need to decide among doctor and it is hard.  the next MRI will help.
