Hi, Dave.

Welcome to the Forum.  Like you, I found it hard to believe I had an acoustic neuroma.  But I had it surgically removed in May 2007 and, with the exception of being SSD, my life has been pretty much normal ever since.

So take heart, this IS life after an AN 

I had a BAHA implant - which I highly recommend - 9 months post AN surgery and it's been an incredible additon to my life; couldn't live without it.
