BTW,, NOT that kind of SOB,, statement of benefits... sent by insurance co,, especially BC/BS...

If surgery is not enough to deal with, you have to be very careful in dealing with insurance and hospital bills.. I know anyone can make a mistake, but I caught an $800 overcharge on my hospital/Doctor bill just this week where a payment was not posted to my account and had I not been checking the insurance payments versus my charges, I may have paid it.... twice.....
paperwork, paperwork, paperwork............... just something else...

and now, 11 weeks after surgery,, BCBS is asking for more info as to why two surgeons.. I hope they decide to pay his claims cause it is worth $25,000.. and it's a little "after the fact".... they have paid well on all other claims though I'll have to say....
