Asking for prayers for my wife
« on: July 11, 2012, 08:16:32 am »
My Dear ANgels,

Today, I must ask a favor of you again! I must ask that you pray for my wife today as she goes for her annual mammogram today at Sloan Kettering Cancer Center in Manhattan on the exact one month mark of my GK treatment. Knowing that all of you are praying for her will help her over her fear, I hope.

I hope that she has great news for us, that will allow us to breath a sigh of relief for this is the year that she will mark 20 years since the dreadful news in 1992 that she had Breast Cancer. At the time she had a lumpectomy and 3 nodes under her arm had to be removed.

Thank you for your prayers in advance.

As a fellow breast cancer survivour mine was 8 years ago I have just recently had my mammogram so I can fully understand you being anxious until your wife gets her results. I hope and pray your wife gets  NED as I myself did. Best  of luck to your wife.

Mike ~

Prayers that the mammogram indicates your wife remains cancer-free.

To my friends,

No word as yet as to how her tests went. I am very grateful to have friends like you. I will let her know that you all have been praying. My daughter is with her. I had to work!
