Best wishes!  Visiting with a shrink, a criminal background check for the previous ten years and all kinds of pyschological testing is not uncommon in the US.  The more you earn the more they want to know about you!  Sounds like you were phenomenal and apparently I can't spell today.  Anyway, Good Luck.
