microvasular decompression procedure

 ???was wondering if anyone has heard of or had this surgery for facial nerve.  I think ive asked before, but im still experiencing numbness, pressure, tightness, feeling of novicaine shot, etc on affected side of my face.  im @7 years out but still improving otherwise, so those with more recent surgeries don't give up ;)
