Hello,
I read your post with great interest.  I am so sorry to read of your difficult situation.  I hope it's okay for me to say this, but I am not an AN patient, but I do have a friend who has an AN.  I have heard from one of my doctors that Stanford Univ. in California is the best place in the U.S. for AN treatment.  You might want to look into that, if you are able to travel to the U.S. for your medical help.  Good luck!
