Hand tremors after Gamma Knife

Hello to my AN friends!  I am 6 weeks post GK and a newbie on this forum.  I want you to know this forum  has been immensely helpful.  I have spent hours here finding answers to my many questions.  The fine people here have lifted me up when I felt down and have given me hope when I thought I would feel badly forever.  I have a question for you that I haven't seen addressed yet.  I had a right side An 11mmx12mmx13mm treated with Gamma Knife 6 weeks.  I have the usual headaches, dizziness, balance issues, etc. but I am now noticing a tremor in my right hand.  Sometimes it is worse than other times but it is generally always there.  Has anyone else experienced this and will it resolve with time?  Thank you!
