My ear looks lower.

Okay, so this is a weird question. I am 8 weeks post Middle Fossa surgery and I have noticed that my ear on my surgery side hangs lower. My facial paralysis is about the same as it was pre-surgery and I know they did not actually separate my external ear from my skull. My incision goes right over the top of my ear, so I suppose that some sagging might occur.
I know that this is an incredibly minor issue, but I’m curious. Has anyone else noticed this?
