Absolutely! I've tried CBD for symptom management, and it's been a game-changer.

I live in a state where recreational and OTC CBD is legal but have not discovered a strain that helps with my tinnitus. I've been charting various trials and am getting super frustrated. I look at all the reviews and what is known to help others, has proved to not help me. Open to suggestions!!

If there is research on CBD that can help tinnitus please share. Or anything that could help.

Thanks

Hi Dan I have almost no tinnitus - however post Covid I had some- I found that full spectrum CBD with melatonin stopped it. Also when it seemed loud I tried 1 mg diazepam and that also worked. I see it as neuroinflammation. White noise helps too and good sleep. Taurine also helps - I sometimes take tiny bit at night its very calming. I use a fan for white noise at night, I protect my hearing when I have to. I listen to music all day which also seems to help.

Update: I am using Humacology (An Australian brand that includes the natural terpenes) CBN with THC and find it incredible for sleep and nerve pain. I am looking to get their CBG product (THC free) as well.

While it's true that there may not be extensive research, many people, including myself, have found it helpful for various symptoms.

CBD has been reported to provide relief for issues like pain, anxiety, and sleep problems. It's essential to start with a low dose and gradually increase if needed. Also, quality matters, so ensure you're getting your CBD from a reputable source.

As for obtaining CBD products, you might want to consider getting a cannabis card. I got mine from Releaf UK, and it made the process smoother. While CBD may not work for everyone, it's worth trying to see if it helps with your specific symptoms.

I came across your post while searching for info myself, and I thought I'd share what worked for me. I’ve tried both CBD and THC for things like anxiety and sleep problems, and honestly, I was surprised by how much THC vapes helped. I wasn’t looking to get high or anything, but the ones I used didn’t have any weird additives, just pure stuff, and they were super smooth.
For me, it made a difference, especially with relaxing and getting better sleep. I know it’s not for everyone, but if you’re open to trying something like THC vapes, it might be worth checking out.

I've tried using CBD a few times for managing aches and to help with sleep, and it did seem to make a difference for me, especially at night. It wasn’t a huge game-changer, but I felt a bit more relaxed and less sore. I think it depends on the person, though, since I know it works differently for everyone. The research on it is still kind of limited, so I wouldn’t expect miracles, but if you’re curious, it might be worth giving it a shot.
